What: 2022 Bachelor of Design Graduation Show: Inner Space

When: March 29 to April 8
Where: FAB Gallery
Admission: Free

The University of Alberta’s Bachelor of Design graduating class has put together an exhibit of work showing the culmination of their efforts throughout the years. The theme of this year’s exhibition refers to the connection and communication that design work requires.

What: Last Class Bash

When: April 5 to 8
Where: Various locations on North Campus
Admission: Free for most events, improv show $5

To celebrate the last week of classes, the UASUevents has put together a line up of fun events for students to attend. There are a variety to choose from, including karaoke night, a Rapid Fire Theatre improv show, and trivia night. Check this out if you’re looking to unwind from a long year of classes!

What: ACCESS Youth Council Paint Night

When: April 6 at 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Where: SUB Orion Room
Admission: Free

If you’re looking for another way to de-stress, a paint night might be right up your alley! Supplies will be provided at the event, so don’t worry about bringing your own. You can follow an instructional video or freestyle your own art — it’s up to you!

What: Peer Support Centre Week

When: April 4 to 8
Where: Various, in person and online
Admission: Free

This week, if you’re looking for a supportive group of peers to talk to, Peer Support Centre Week has you covered! There will be dog therapy, facilitated conversation, and more — make sure to check it out!

Jin previously served as the 2021-22 Production Editor at The Gateway. She also had a brief stint as 2022-23 Production Editor. She is in her first year studying pharmacy. If not sleeping, she can often be found supporting local artisans, obsessing over e-sports, and sporting some wicked earrings.
